Apple Pay will launch with its own online payment service in the coming months, but the company isn’t saying when it will roll out to all of its stores.
Apple Pay launched with a limited network of retail stores in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Jose, Seattle, San Francisco and Boston, as well as online in a handful of cities.
The company has said that its first major retail store launch will take place in early December, though the company hasn’t released any other specific dates for when that will happen.
Apple is expected to debut the iPhone 6S in the US on January 25, with a price point of $999.
That’s $200 higher than the $999 iPhone 6.
A new Apple Store is also planned for Los Angeles.
In addition to its retail stores, Apple also plans to open its new retail app on iOS and Apple TV devices.
